Qualifications

• Current driver's license is required.
• Entry-level position; high school diploma preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• General Service Technicians/Mechanics perform maintenance and repair services including oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, suspension alignments, and more.
• Perform state-mandated vehicle emission and safety inspections in accordance with state regulations.
• Work as part of a team to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectively.
• Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Ensure all preventive maintenance reports are complete and accurate.
• Comply with federal, state, and local regulations that affect service operations (hazardous waste disposal, OSHA right-to-know).
• Assist in housekeeping functions as directed by Management.
• Communicate the extent of any damage or malfunctions to the service department.
• Follow and promote high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.

We are looking for technicians who are energetic, upbeat, and have a positive attitude. The technicians we are looking for have to seek out solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing what's right for our guests.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• General Service Technicians / Mechanics perform all maintenance and repair services including but not limited to; oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, suspension alignments, and more
• Perform state-mandated vehicle emission and safety inspections in accordance with state regulations

• This is an entry level position. We would prefer a high school or equivalent diploma, but this is not required.

Physical Requirements:

• Occasionally lift and/or move over 50 pounds
• Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
• Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle's needed repair
• Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand-tools
• Walk/stand for the majority of the workday
• Drive manual transmission vehicles
• Keeping a brisk work pace in a high-volume environment
• Efficiently navigate a computer
