Job summary

InterState Oil Company in California is seeking a full-time CDL driver to deliver lube products, load and unload shipments, and maintain DOT-compliant logs. You will handle hazardous materials with proper PPE and ensure documentation matches each delivery.

Work outdoors in varying weather, perform daily vehicle inspections, and assist warehouse tasks when not driving. A reliable, punctual team player with a clean CDL is essential.

Qualifications

• Requires basic math, reading and writing skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.
• Forklift experience required; forklift certified preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must possess a Class A or B CDL.
• HazMat endorsements preferred.
• Clean driving license/record.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors.

• Completes a daily vehicle inspection report electronically per DOT regulations.

• May assist in general warehouse duties during slower periods.

Other duties may be assigned.Completes a daily vehicle inspection report electronically as per DOT Regulations.Maintains accurate driving logs and records in compliance with DOT regulations.Loads and unloads delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.Delivers lube products to customers using proper handling procedures for lube and hazardous materials, including the use of PPE when required.Ensures all products loaded and delivered match the accompanying documentation.Excellent customer service skills.Completes assigned deliveries within reasonable time frames.Maintains a clean vehicle.May assist in general warehouse duties during non-driving hours or slower periods, such as inventory, organizing stock, or preparing deliveries.Demonstrates reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude as part of a team-oriented work environment.QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
