We’re seeking a detail-oriented Lube & Oil Technician to keep our customers’ vehicles running safely and efficiently. You’ll perform oil changes, lube services, fluid checks, and multi-point inspections with precision and professionalism. Perform oil, lube, and filter services accurately and within established time standards
Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections and communicate findings to the service team and service advisor
Receive service assignments from the service writer or service manager and complete work within the allotted time
Ensure all required paperwork is completed accurately and filed after every job
Return vehicles in cleaner condition than when they arrived
Maintain equipment in proper working order and keep the work area clean, organized, and safe at all times
Complete required training programs and maintain current technical qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally
Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, and work in confined spaces as needed
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality, accuracy, and shop safety
Ability to work evening, weekend, and holiday hours as required by the shop schedule
Prior lube or automotive service experience is a plus, but not required — we will train the right candidate
