Job summary

SHINE Technologies in Wisconsin is seeking a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Technician – 2nd Shift to perform production of medical radioisotopes and support our move from clinical to commercial production. This role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and efficiency while working in cleanrooms using remote manipulators to produce Lu-177.

The position offers a base hourly salary of $25.00-$32.00 plus a comprehensive compensation package. Shift: Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Strong mathematical skills including algebra.
• Experience drafting documents such as SOPs and batch records.
• Ability to read from engineering drawings or schematics.
• Willingness to learn and understand new technology and processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete and accurate batch records and related documentation per cGMP/cGDP.
• Prepare materials/consumables for manufacturing of Lutetium Chloride and perform cleaning, line clearances, and system checks.
