Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or related discipline.
• 5+ years experience in LTL pricing, with at least 2 years in a leadership/management role.
• Experience evaluating and negotiating large corporate or 3PL logistics opportunities.
• Proven ability to present data-driven stories to leadership and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, models, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and train Pricing Analysts on-ground or remotely.
• Drive change-management within the Pricing team and align with company goals.
• Measure and monitor results from pricing strategies and tactics.
• Oversee development, interpretation, and negotiation of customer pricing agreements.
• Develop analytical approaches to justify rate increases for customers and 3PL partners.
• Prepare reports to monitor pricing activity, performance, and results.
• Present critical findings and proposals to Pricing and company leadership as needed.
• Lead recruitment and external partnerships for the Pricing team.
• Represent the company on customer calls and onsite visits as pricing expert.
