Job summary

Redwood Logistics LLC in Chicago, IL, seeks an Analyst, LTL Carrier Relations to strengthen carrier partnerships across the LTL mode. You’ll engage with stakeholders from C-level to terminal operations, representing Redwood Operations, Freight Audit & Pay, and Procurement to optimize processes and deliver greater value to customers.

You will manage scorecards, support onboarding, and build internal relationships with cross-functional teams while traveling to carrier offices and customer sites as

Qualifications

• Core understanding of LTL industry and carrier interactions.
• Experience consuming and leveraging data to drive change.
• Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems and system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop LTL Carrier Scorecards to drive improvements with carrier partners.
• Support onboarding and implementations, aligning operational strategies with customer requirements.
• Represent multiple departments in a carrier-facing role to improve processes.
• Handle escalations and drive corrective actions within the LTL network.
• Assist in carrier aging management and resolve rate discrepancies and disputes.
• Learn Redwood systems and become a data management expert for carrier performance.
• Communicate changes in the LTL landscape to internal teams and customers.
• Travel to carrier offices and terminals to build relationships across departments.
• Travel to prospective customers to collect information for tailored LTL solutions.
