Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) licensed or in the immediate process to obtain TX licensure for a Long Term Care (LTC) assignment in Texas. This contract position requires a current SLP license or active licensure in process and LTC experience.

You will assess, diagnose, and provide therapy to residents, document progress notes, communicate with families and care teams, and ensure compliance with state and facility policies.

Qualificações

• 1 year of recent experience as a Speech Language Pathologist in Long Term Care.
• Current TX SLP license or actively pursuing licensure in TX.
