Prolec GE Waukesha, Inc is seeking a highly experienced LTC Services Leader to establish and lead our Load Tap Changer (LTC) Center of Excellence in Goldsboro, NC. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of LTC systems, transformer services, or utility service operations.
• Oversees approximately 14 LTC Field Service Technicians.
• Frequent travel to customer sites, training sessions, and industry conferences.
• Work environment includes field locations, manufacturing facilities, and office settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, execution, and continuous evolution of the LTC Center of Excellence.
• Drive growth, profitability, and commercialization of LTC service offerings.
• Provide expert technical leadership for complex LTC inspections, diagnostics, retrofits, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Develop and implement technician certification programs to strengthen internal capability.
• Deliver training programs, workshops, and industry presentations to internal teams and utility customers.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and regional Service teams.
• Support pricing strategies, quotations, and scope development for LTC services.
• Mentor and develop a team of LTC Field Service Technicians, ensuring standardized best practices.
• Foster long-term customer relationships, including MSAs, for LTC maintenance programs.
