Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Works under direct supervision of a Registered Pharmacist in prepackaging medication for dispensing.
• Assists the Pharmacist in final checking of filled prescriptions and packaging after review.
• Coordinating and staging items for delivery for timely delivery to customers.
• Maintains a clean, safe work environment and checks equipment calibration and cleanliness.
• Stores drugs under proper conditions and reports stock needs or shortages.
• Receives and stores incoming supplies and verifies quantities against invoices.
• Mixes pharmaceutical preparations according to written prescriptions.
• Complies with laws, regulations and standards of ethical conduct.
• Performs duties with a team-oriented approach.
