Job summary

Clarest Health is seeking a Full Time Pharmacist to ensure seamless medication delivery at our closed-door pharmacy in Southborough, MA. You will manage a team and ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations while providing personalized medication management to patients in long-term care facilities.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Pharmacy and at least 1 year of experience in healthcare. This position offers a starting salary of $130,000 - $135,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Degree in Pharmacy is required, PharmD preferred.
• License to practice in state required (Must be in good standing).
• Minimum of 1 year working in healthcare environment as licensed pharmacist.
• LTC Pharmacy or related environment preferred.
• Knowledge of Frameworks and Docutrack information systems is strongly preferred.
• This position requires the ability to exert up to 40 lbs. of force occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Check and review Floor Technician work.
• Check, verify and replace contents of E-Kits.
• Pull control medication to match that of label.
• Maintain count accuracy and organization of the control room.
• Compound sterile and non-sterile products.
• Process new and completed backorders.
