Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long Term Care (LTC) assignment in Laconia, New Hampshire. This position is for an experienced LPN in a long-term care setting.

LPN Requirements

• Active and unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New Hampshire or a compact state
• At least 1 year of recent experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation facility
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Strong communication, clinical, and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to new healthcare environments and work independently

LPN Responsibilities in Long Term Care

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Monitor, assess, and document residents’ health status and progress
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
