Travel LPN Job Details – Gettysburg, PA

• Location: Gettysburg, PA 17325 (Pennsylvania nursing jobs)
• Facility Setting: Long-Term Care (LTC)
• Employment Type: Travel LPN assignment
• Start Date: September 2, 2025
• End Date: October 28, 2025
• Assignment Duration: 8 weeks
• Shift: 8 Hour Days (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
• Guaranteed Hours: 32 hours per week
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,090 – $1,170

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Pennsylvania or compact state eligibility
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or related healthcare setting
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (American Heart Association preferred)

LPN Responsibilities in Long-Term Care

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in accordance with LTC facility policies and nursing standards
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Monitor, assess, and document residents' health status and progress
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and promote a safe, supportive environment
• Participate in care planning, assessments, and communication with residents' families
