Responsible for providing assistance to residents with all Activities of Daily Living (ADL). Responsible for notifying the Charge Nurse of any change in a resident's condition.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**include the following. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and /or ability required.* Follow established performance standards and perform duties according to nursing service policy and procedures.* Obtain and record blood pressure, O2Sats, pulse, respiration and temperature.
