Job summary

You will ensure items are picked accurately, rotated using FIFO, and prepared for shipment while maintaining product quality, inventory accuracy, and food safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Prior warehouse, distribution, logistics or order picking experience is preferred but not required.
  • Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Basic communication and teamwork skills required.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Willingness to learn warehouse processes and operational procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Retrieve, pick, and fulfill daily customer orders using warehouse scanning systems and operational procedures.
  • Accurately pick, organize, and pack products according to established company standards.
  • Perform replenishment activities to maintain product availability within assigned warehouse areas.
  • Ensure proper product rotation using FIFO practices and maintain product quality standards.
  • Apply LPN labels and prepare products for staging, loading, and shipment.
  • Transport products to designated staging, loading, or operational areas safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor products for quality concerns, damages, shortages, or discrepancies and report findings to leadership.
  • Maintain inventory organization and product accuracy within assigned work areas.
  • Utilize RF scanners, handheld devices, and warehouse systems to complete operational tasks and inventory transactions.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout assigned operational areas.
  • Follow all GMP, HACCP, food safety, quality assurance, and workplace safety standards.
  • Work collaboratively with warehouse operations, inventory control, quality control, and leadership teams to support operational goals.
  • Support general warehouse activities including sorting, labeling, palletizing, wrapping, and product movement as needed.
  • Perform additional warehouse and operational duties as assigned.

The LTC Associate works in a fast-paced warehouse environment and plays a key role in supporting operational efficiency, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Physical Requirements


  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift for extended periods of time.

  • Ability to lift and move products within company established guidelines, with or without reasonable accommodation.

  • Ability to work in refrigerated, freezer, or varying warehouse temperature environments depending on operational assignment.

  • Ability to safely operate warehouse tools, RF scanners, and related equipment as trained.

Work Environment

This position operates within warehouse and distribution environments that may include refrigerated, freezer, wet, or fast-paced operational conditions. Associates may be exposed to moving machinery, powered industrial equipment, varying temperatures, and moderate to loud noise levels.
