Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel LTAC RN for a 13-week assignment in St Charles, Missouri. You’ll work 36 hours per week on a night shift, providing high‑level care to LTAC patients and coordinating admissions and discharges.

Active RN license and BLS/ACLS are required, plus 18 months LTAC experience and vent/trach/ETT familiarity. Competitive pay, benefits, and travel reimbursement are provided.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS & ACLS certifications required.
• Eighteen months of LTAC RN experience.
• Experience with vents, trachs, drips, ETTs and Tele-strips reading.
• Client facility may add requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for 5-6 LTAC patients.
• Monitor and administer medications as prescribed.
• Educate patients and families on care plans.
• Monitor telemetry and vital signs; report abnormalities.
• Start IVs and draw blood; manage equipment.
• Coordinate admissions/discharges in a fast-paced unit.
