Job summary

Gifted Healthcare seeks an experienced LTAC RN for a local position in Atlantic City, NJ. You will provide complex, long-term acute care to medically fragile adults, including ventilator and tracheostomy management, advanced wound care, IV therapy, and telemetry monitoring.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans, educate patients and families, and ensure accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in LTAC or long-term acute care nursing.
• Ability to manage ventilators and tracheostomies.
• Strong wound care and IV therapy skills.
