Job summary

Gifted Healthcare in Tennessee is seeking an experienced LTAC RN to provide quality patient care through assessment, intervention and evaluation. You will work with the healthcare team to formulate a care plan that ensures optimum outcomes and continuity of care.

Responsibilities include dispensing medications and managing critical care equipment such as chest tubes, ventilators, wound vacs and central lines, monitoring patient status, and supervising clinical support staff. Shift: 3x12 Nights.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with critical care experience preferred.
• Ability to assess, intervene and evaluate patient status.
• Experience supervising clinical support staff is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Dispense medications and manage critical care equipment per protocol.
• Monitor, implement and evaluate the patient status.
• Give guidance and supervision to clinical support staff.
