Job summary

Gifted Healthcare is seeking LTAC RNs in New Jersey to deliver high-quality patient care through assessment, intervention, and evaluation, collaborating with the broader healthcare team to formulate care plans.

LTAC RNs dispense medications and manage critical equipment such as chest tubes, ventilators, wound vacs, and IV drips, monitor patient status, and provide guidance to clinical support staff. Shift: 3x12 Nights.

Qualifications

• Experience in LTAC or critical care settings preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Dispense medications and operate critical care equipment (chest tubes, ventilators, wound vacs, IV drips, feeding tubes, central lines).
• Monitor, implement and evaluate patient status.
• Provide guidance and supervision to clinical support staff.
