Job summary

Gifted Healthcare seeks an experienced Local LTAC RN to join our Saint Charles, MO team. You will deliver high-acuity, long-term acute care to medically complex patients, performing thorough assessments, administering medications, managing ventilators, and providing advanced wound and respiratory care.

You will collaborate closely with physicians and an interdisciplinary team, maintain accurate electronic documentation, and educate patients and families.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Missouri.
• Experience in LTAC/long-term care preferred.
• Ability to manage ventilators and complex patients.
• Strong teamwork and communication with physicians and staff.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-acuity, long-term acute care to medically complex patients.
