Qualifications

• Current RN licensure and strong acute care experience.
• Proficiency with ventilator management and complex patient monitoring.
• Experience with complex wound care practices.
• Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and patient advocacy.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Detail-oriented approach to compliance and documentation accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Manage patients with complex, multi-system needs in an LTAC environment.
• Provide ventilator care and monitor respiratory status.
• Deliver advanced wound care and other high-acuity treatments.
• Monitor and respond to changes in vital signs and clinical condition.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to coordinate treatment.
• Follow strict clinical protocols and compliance standards.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and clinical records.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and health management.
