Job summary

Health Care Administrators Association® (HCAA) is seeking a PRN LTAC Registered Nurse to support LTAC-level care in a flexible staffing role. The RN will perform comprehensive patient assessments, monitor status, administer medications, and manage ventilators as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Candidates must hold an active RN license and demonstrate strong clinical judgment, clear communication, and accurate documentation in EHRs.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure with ability to provide LTAC-level care.
• Strong clinical assessment, medication administration, and critical thinking skills.
• Experience/competence with ventilator care and complex wound management.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate clearly.
• Accurate documentation skills in EHR systems.
• Compassionate patient and family education skills.
