Job summary

Prolink is seeking an LTAC Nurse to provide care for patients with complex medical needs in a Long Term Acute Care setting. The role includes weaning ventilators and treating tracheostomies while applying critical care nursing expertise in LTAC environments.

You will document care in EHR systems (Epic) and collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans for acute chronic illness management.

Qualifications
