Job summary

MVHC invites applications for a Social Worker to join our Behavioral Health Team in Cambridge. This position is 100% outpatient and offers collaboration with physicians, mid-level providers, licensed social workers, RNs, and LPNs.

Epic EMR is used for patient records, and there is no on-call requirement. We seek candidates with an Ohio license (LSW/LISW) and at least 2 years of experience in primary or acute care, plus experience with diverse age groups including children.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Ohio license as an LSW or LISW.
• 2 years of experience in a primary care or acute care setting and community mental health center preferred.
• Experience working with all ages, including children.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient social work with a multidisciplinary team.
• No on-call duties as stated.
• Use of Epic EMR for client records.
