Woodgrain is hiring a Full-Time Wrap & Basecoat Forklift Operator in Leesburg, GA. You will safely operate a forklift, stage and transport materials, and keep accurate inventory records to support production flow.

The role requires attention to detail, safety compliance, and teamwork on a manufacturing floor. Benefits include comprehensive health plans, HSA/FSA, and retirement options. This is a full-time on-site position with potential long hours and weekend work.

• Maintain clear aisles, pedestrian walkways, and work areas to ensure safe material handling operations.
• Coordinate with production employees and supervisors to prioritize material movements and prevent production delays.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Purpose

The Wrap & Basecoat Forklift Operator is responsible for supporting daily production operations by safely transporting, staging, and organizing raw materials and finished products throughout the Wrap & Basecoat departments. This position ensures materials are available at the appropriate work centers, inventory transactions are accurately recorded, and materials are stored in an organized and safe manner to support efficient production.

Reporting Line and Supervisory Responsibilities

This position reports directly to the Shift Supervisor.

No supervisory responsibility.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

This person is expected to perform work in the manufacturing floor/environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk and hear. The employee must occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds.

This position requires regular operation of a forklift in an active manufacturing environment, including movement between production departments, storage areas, and work centers. All required PPE and forklift safety procedures must be followed.

This is a full-time position. This position occasionally requires long hours and weekend work.
