SMS DATA PRODUCTS GROUP, INC. seeks an Information Assurance Officer to support LRA operations.

The role audits policies, reviews logs, and enforces security requirements for AF PKI and related processes, coordinating with local leadership and external agencies to ensure compliance and timely resolution of issues. The candidate must have DoD 8570 IAT I CE certification and a Secret clearance, with strong communication, documentation, and Windows/AD experience to operate across diverse military

Qualifications

• DoD 8570 IAT I CE certification required.
• Secret clearance is required.
• Experience with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow ticketing.
• Experience coordinating appointments and working with customers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Background in government consulting preferred.
• Familiarity with Active Directory provisioning.
• Imaging and troubleshooting of classified/unclassified systems.
• Ability to adapt and work in diverse environments.

This position is responsible for the performance of IAO Information Assurance Officer duties in direct support of the C4 LRA Local Registration Authority Office The IAO will act as an auditor of LRA systems policies processes and overall program compliancy The IAO will collect and review data review manual logs review systems logs and investigate any suspicious actions or activity Performs tasks such as securing logs backing up logs reviewing logs documenting findings and enforcing security requirements The IAO will fulfill the AF PKI auditing requirement in an annual self assessment and during AF PKI inspections These duties require skills in time and task management for the setting of appointments Additional duties may include but are not limited to answering calls scheduling appointments responding to emails to fulfill requests in support of the LRA Team The ability to adapt well to diverse environments and work collaboratively in a dynamic team setting Experience navigating Windows operating systems and Active Directory is a plus Must have the ability to interface well with customers at various levels of a military organization Experience in a variety of different fields is essential to success in this position as are excellent written and verbal communication skills Since 1976 SMS has specialized in modernizing legacy IT and sustaining complex enterprise environments for federal agencies With the goal of building long term partnerships with our customers we invest in our employees by providing the training tools and support they need to keep critical missions operational improve performance and reduce risk SMS is headquartered in McLean Virginia with offices and on site operations at customer locations throughout the United States For additional information on SMS visit wwwsmscom

Required Qualifications
