Cox-Healthcare in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver direct patient care in an assisted living setting, monitor vital signs, administer medications, and perform wound care.

You will educate residents and families on health management, document in medical records, and collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and other clinicians to implement individualized care plans. Strong English communication is essential to ensure accurate documentation and safe, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Valid and current LPN license.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English for clear communication.
• Experience in wound care and pain management in clinical or assisted living settings.
• Ability to perform venipuncture safely and effectively.
• Experience in an assisted living facility or similar healthcare environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and wound care treatments.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and post-treatment care instructions.
• Perform venipuncture and other clinical procedures as required under supervision.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain up-to-date medical records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
