We’re seeking an experienced and compassionate Wound Care LPN to support our residents’ healing journeys. In this role, you will provide targeted wound care, assess treatment progress, and educate residents and their families on prevention and healthy practices.
The ideal candidate is responsible, clinically confident, and able to deliver high-quality care with minimal supervision. Your nursing expertise will directly enhance resident well-being and contribute to our standard of excellence.
As our Wound Care LPN, you will:
Provide wound care following established Standards of Nursing Practice
Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement effective treatment plans
Document assessments, treatments, and progress thoroughly and accurately
Participate in performance improvement initiatives and interdisciplinary team processes
Educate residents, families, and staff on wound care prevention and best practices
Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and regulatory guidelines
