Job summary

Holston Medical Group is seeking an Office Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a clinic setting. Responsibilities include taking vital signs, documenting data, administering medications, and educating patients within the Patient-Centered Medical Home model.

The role requires an LPN license, CPR certification, IV certification, and 0–2 years of LPN experience. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and support patient flow, privacy, and service excellence across our clinics.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• LPN license by the state employed.
• 0–2 years LPN experience.

Responsibilities

• Take vital signs and document results in electronic system.
• Prepare patients for examinations and ensure rooms are stocked.
• Serve as Health Educator within the Patient-Centered Medical Home model.
• Obtain prior authorizations and pre-certifications as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient PHI.
