Job summary

Morristown Post Acute Rehabilitation & Nursing is seeking an LPN for weekend shifts to deliver patient-centered care in a skilled nursing setting. We are part of Allaire Health Services, LLC, and offer a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

You will administer medications, monitor residents, collaborate with RNs and the healthcare team, and support daily living activities while contributing to quality improvement initiatives. Salary will be discussed at interview.

• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to RNs and other healthcare team members.
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and their families.

About the Role:

As a valued member of our nursing team, you will work on our weekend shift, providing critical care and support to our residents. Our state-of-the-art center features a newly renovated TCU Unit with telemetry care and a dedicated subacute floor with mostly private suites. You will have the opportunity to work closely with leading area physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide the best possible care to our residents.
