Job summary

Complete Care at Hagerstown is seeking an LPN to provide direct care for residents recently discharged from hospital or in long-term care. The role offers full and part-time options, with a weekend premium of $5/hr for Saturday and Sunday shifts.

You will administer medications, perform wound care, monitor health, collaborate with care teams, educate families, and document care to support compassionate resident outcomes in a stable work environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed to work in Maryland as an LPN
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check & physical evaluation
• Professional & clinically skilled with leadership qualities

Responsibilities

• Administer medications: oral, topical, IV, injectable drugs
• Wound care and prevention; manage pain and dressings
• Monitor physical and mental health status; track changes and analyze data
• Provide catheter/ostomy care and collect specimens as needed
• Assist in executing individualized care plans
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers and others
• Educate families and residents about health status, changes, and care expectations
• Maintain detailed records of health status, care, progress and interactions
• Oversee and delegate tasks to CNAs to ensure quality care and teamwork
