American Senior Communities is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the Riverview Village weekend option in Indiana. You will build meaningful relationships with residents, using nursing skills to promote wellbeing and quality of life.

The role focuses on compassionate geriatric care, assessment, documentation, and collaboration with the care team to deliver excellent, person-centered services. Weekend option availability supports flexible scheduling for caregivers.

Qualificações

• Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in Indiana.
• Proficient medication management skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and document changes in resident condition.
