As a Full-Time LPN, you can expect a rewarding yet challenging daily routine that focuses on patient care and support. Your day will involve assessing patients' health conditions, administering medications, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans. You'll monitor patient progress and provide education on health management, ensuring that patients feel supported throughout their treatment journey. On a typical Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, you will have the opportunity to engage with patients and their families while adhering to safety protocols and best practices. Some evenings may be required, allowing you to manage patient needs effectively during varying hours.
