As a Full-Time LPN, you can expect a rewarding yet challenging daily routine that focuses on patient care and support. Your day will involve assessing patients' health conditions, administering medications, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans. You'll monitor patient progress and provide education on health management, ensuring that patients feel supported throughout their treatment journey. On a typical Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, you will have the opportunity to engage with patients and their families while adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
