Job summary

The Greens at Cabarrus in Concord, NC is hosting an LPN job fair on October 15th. Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available, with immediate interviews on site.

Walk-ins are welcome; attendees can meet the leadership, learn about opportunities, and pursue on-the-spot interviews. Eligible LPNs can receive a sign-on bonus of $8,000, plus a $1,000 holiday bonus if hired during the event.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina LPN license required.
• CPR certification active.
• Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing experience preferred.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor and document changes in resident condition.
• Communicate with physicians, residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Supervise and support CNAs and nursing staff.
• Help maintain a positive and supportive environment for residents and team members.
