The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Butler VA Healthcare, seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse to join the Community Living Center team.

The LPN delivers hands-on nursing care to Veterans with a range of physical, mental, behavioral, and psychosocial needs, collaborating with RNs and physicians to support quality outcomes and Veteran-centered care. Responsibilities include administering prescribed medications, monitoring clients, assisting with care plans, and providing education to patients

Competenze

• Graduate of a school of practical or vocational nursing approved by the state agency and/or NLNAC accreditation at program completion.
• Licensure: Full, active, current, and unrestricted LPN/LVN in a U.S. state/territory.
• English language proficiency as required for direct patient care.

Mansioni

• Provide direct nursing care to Veterans in the Community Living Center.
• Assist in implementing and documenting care plans with an interdisciplinary team.
