Job summary

International SOS Government Medical Services seeks an experienced LPN to provide direct patient care in Veterans outpatient clinics across primary care and specialty settings. You will work with physicians, RNs, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver skilled nursing care, administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and educate patients and families during clinic visits.

The role is full-time with 8–10 hour shifts and includes compensation with hourly pay and health benefits under SCA

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved practical/vocational nursing program with successful NCLEX-PN
• Current, unrestricted LPN license in the U.S. and BLS certification
• Minimum two years of current primary care experience, including recent six months
• U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident; able to obtain VA Public Trust Clearance and SC background check
• Ability to perform physical requirements including lifting up to 15 pounds

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in primary care and specialty outpatient clinics
• Administer medications per policies and monitor patient responses
• Monitor vitals, document histories, and maintain medical records
• Educate patients and families on health management and medications
• Assist with wound care, minor procedures, and maintaining a safe clinical environment
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses on care plans and quality initiatives
