**Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/Vaccine Coordinator****Full Time**We’re seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality patient care on an assigned unit under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. In this role, you’ll support patients, collaborate with the healthcare team, and help maintain a safe, efficient, and patient-centered environment.What You’ll Do:* Provide direct patient care within the LPN scope of practice* Oversee and support Certified Nursing Assistants* Collect and report patient data* Reinforce patient education using the TeachBack method* Assist with patient discharges and ongoing care planning* Engage patients and families in the plan of care* Respect and support patient treatment preferences* Help monitor and maintain unit supplies and equipment* Offer feedback to the Nurse Manager regarding annual budgets* Demonstrate proficiency in all job responsibilitiesRequirements:* Current Kansas LPN license or Kansas temporary LPN license* CPR Certified* Previous experience in a medical office, public health, or clinical setting with knowledge of VFC program highly preferred.### Job Location:On-Site### Closing:Open until filled
