Qualifications

• 0-2 years of clinical or outpatient nursing experience.
• Active LPN or LVN licensure in good standing.
• BCLS certification required or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient intake, document symptoms, vitals, and medical history.
• Administer medications via oral, topical, or injectable routes and assist procedures.
• Conduct EKGs and basic lab collection as directed.
• Educate patients on treatment plans and wound care per provider guidance.
• Maintain infection control and safe clinic environment.
