Job summary

Allaire Health Services, LLC is seeking an experienced LPN Unit Manager to oversee an inpatient unit in a Northumberland County, PA facility. You will lead LPNs, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care with a focus on quality and compliance.

You will develop care plans, coordinate with physicians and therapists, and ensure accurate documentation, while fostering a supportive, collaborative team environment committed to excellence in care delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the inpatient unit and ensure high‑quality patient care
• Lead and develop a team of LPNs, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals
