Job summary

Diversicare is seeking licensed RN or LPN professionals for on-site nursing care at our Foley, AL facilities. The role focuses on administering medications, following physician orders, and delivering comprehensive resident care with strong team collaboration.

The ideal candidate will lead and motivate care staff, adapt to changing schedules, and uphold nursing standards in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Current license by State Board of Nursing (RN or LPN).
• Ability to lead and motivate subordinates.
• Flexible schedule with daily changes.
• Able to work closely with residents, physicians and staff.
• Commitment to upholding nursing standards.

Responsibilities

• Administers prescribed medications and treatments.
• Observes and reports residents' responses to care.
• Maintains accurate medication and treatment records.
• Provides education to residents and families about care.
• Assists in planning and supervising CNAs; assigns daily tasks.
• Implements and maintains policies and procedures.
• Ensures infection control practices are followed.
