Lutheran Family Services in Lincoln, NE is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Team Lead for Medication Management to direct daily operations, oversee the MM team, and collaborate with medical practitioners to ensure quality care.

The role requires Nebraska LPN licensure, leadership experience, and strong communication; the position offers a $2,500 hiring bonus and a full-time schedule with hybrid in-office/remote work arrangements.
