Job summary

Avera McKennan Hospital in Sioux Falls, SD seeks an LPN to work under supervision across rotating day/evening/night/weekend shifts. This 24 hours/week position involves 12-hour rotating shifts within a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.

You will collect data, participate in care planning, implement interventions, and advocate for patients while maintaining safety and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

A Brief Overview

The LPN practices under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice registered nurse, licensed physician, or other health care provider. The LPN organizes and directs those aspects of care for which he/she is accountable; communicating and coordinating care with well-defined nursing diagnoses, including all health team members.
