You will support a high-functioning team delivering compassionate patient care under supervision, following established plans of care, and contributing to positive patient outcomes in a fast-paced clinic setting.

The role emphasizes teamwork, patient education, and care planning, with a Monday–Friday schedule and no weekends or holidays.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Tennessee licensure or eligibility.
• Current or recent clinical nursing experience preferred.
• Ability to document patient information accurately and timely.
• Strong teamwork and communication with the healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Support licensed healthcare team with direct patient care within plan of care.
• Collaborate with RN and care team to monitor patient progress and outcomes.
• Assist in creating a safe, clean, and patient-centered environment.
