Saber Healthcare Group's Wilmington, NC facility is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver patient-centered care, develop individualized plans, and supervise nursing assistants in a supportive team setting.

You will assess needs, administer nursing care, monitor outcomes, ensure compliance with federal, state and facility policies, and pursue ongoing education through the organization's loan/forgiveness and tuition programs.

Formación

• Must possess a current, unencumbered LPN license in the state where you work.
• Must possess CPR or BLS certification.
• Must possess basic computer skills and the ability to navigate electronic health record software.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assess residents’ needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and evaluate outcomes.
• Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel to ensure high-quality care.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards and facility policies.
