University Hospitals Pain Management seeks a compassionate nurse to provide age-specific, patient-centered care using the nursing process. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care to help patients attain and sustain optimal health.

You will document accurately, communicate clearly with the care team, protect patient PHI, and demonstrate leadership to support safe practice and positive clinical outcomes.

• Adheres to policies and standards and protects PHI; completes annual PHI training.

A Brief Overview

Provides safe efficient age specific nursing care to patients/families using the nursing process in order to assist them to attain, maintain, regain, and sustain optimal health status.
