Job summary

INTEGRIS Health Grove in Grove, OK is seeking a Night Shift Licensed Practical Nurse for a full-time role. You will contribute to patient assessment, care planning, and execution under RN supervision, focusing on safety and quality of care.

The position requires Oklahoma LPN licensure, BLS, and strong communication in English. Eligible candidates will join a leading not-for-profit health system offering comprehensive benefits and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Current Oklahoma LPN license or multi-state license via compact, in good standing.
• BLS certification issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
• Proficient in English communication, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to the assessment / re assessment of patients.
• Contributes to the plan of care under RN supervision.
• Participates in development, implementation and evaluation of patient care interventions.
• Monitors for abnormal lab values and deviations from baseline.
• Reports changes in patient status to the physician and initiates orders as directed.
• Promotes wellness and provides patient / caregiver education.
• Collaborates with care team on quality and safety initiatives.
• Maintains patient confidentiality; may float to other units and participate in on-call status.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to the assessment / re assessment of patients


• Contributes to the plan of care under the supervisor of a Registered Nurse.


• Participates in the development, implementation and evaluation of appropriate patient care interventions


• Monitors for signs and symptoms related to abnormal lab values and deviation from baseline assessments


• Reports changes in patient status to the physician and initiates any new orders from the physician as directed


• Promotes wellness and provides patient / caregiver education.


• Works with care team to implement and ensure patient quality and safety initiatives.


• Promotes patient satisfaction and ensures patient confidentiality at all times.


• May be required to float to other units. May be required to participate in on call status.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS:

• LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Oklahoma or current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state


• BLS (Basic Life Support) Issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire


• Other certifications and competencies required based on service line skill

Must be able to communicate effectively in English (verbal/written).

Preferred Qualifications

EXPERIENCE:

• LPN experience in an acute care hospital
