Qualifications

• Possesses a current, active license as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Kentucky.
• Must possess a certificate of MOI training to teach NATCEP in Kentucky.

Responsibilities

• Receive direction from the Nursing Home Administrator on QAPI objectives.
• Lead performance improvement projects and provide education and coaching to build skills.
• Identify opportunities for improvement through data analysis and observations.
• Collaborate with the quality committee and senior leaders to prioritize QAPI efforts.
• Teach NATCEP, CPR certification and maintain related records and credentialing.
• Assist Director of Nursing/Assistant Director of Nursing with compliance and staff education.
