Elite Medical Staffing is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for skilled nursing opportunities in Maple City, MI. This contract role offers competitive pay, consistent scheduling, and the opportunity to work a dedicated assignment with one of our healthcare partners.

We are seeking dependable, experienced nurses who are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and can quickly and confidently adapt to new facility environments.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the United States
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility
• Reliable transportation to assigned facilities
• Consistent attendance and punctuality
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Willing to complete background and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Utilize EMR PCC to record patients’ medical information and vital signs
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and policies
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the clinical team
• Record and maintain accurate resident health information and vital signs
• Provide direct nursing care including wound care within scope of practice
• Assist with resident assessments and care plan implementation
• Document medications, treatments, observations, and responses
• Collaborate with CNAs and healthcare team to provide quality care
• Maintain compliance with policies, infection control, and regulations
• Communicate concerns to onsite supervisor and agency
• Perform other duties as assigned
