NOLA Detox is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct care for patients in detox and recovery. Under supervision of the Medical Director and RN, you will administer medications, monitor patients, document care in the EMR, and coordinate with the treatment team in a structured, compassionate setting.
You will support withdrawal management, ensure medical stability, maintain regulatory compliance, and contribute to individualized care plans.

Position Summary
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct nursing care to patients undergoing detoxification and substance use disorder treatment. Working under the supervision of the Medical Director and/or Registered Nurse, the LPN is responsible for medication administration, patient monitoring, clinical documentation, and coordination of care within a structured, recovery-focused environment.
This position plays a critical role in ensuring safe withdrawal management, medical stability, regulatory compliance, and compassionate patient-centered care.
