Job summary

Longwood at Oakmont, a Presbyterian Senior Care Network community in Verona, PA, is seeking an LPN for a full-time day shift (6:00 AM–2:30 PM). Starting pay ranges from $26.50 to $32.50 per hour based on experience, with benefits supporting health, retirement, and work-life balance.

The LPN coordinates, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care for residents and provides leadership to CNAs and caregivers, ensuring quality care within the Pennsylvania Nurse Practice Act guidelines.

Qualifications

• Holds an LPN license in good standing from the State of PA.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing and Dementia Care is preferred.
• Ability to work well with people and show enthusiasm and motivation.
• Self-directed and able to set priorities; excellent time management skills.
• Desire to contribute to a compassionate, resident-focused culture and effectively interact with residents, resident families, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for a designated group of residents.
• Provide leadership and direction to CNAs and other caregivers to deliver and maintain quality care within established policies, procedures, and guidelines of the Pennsylvania State Nurse Practice Act.
