Job summary
The Riverside Premier Rehabilitation and Healing Center in New York is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing facility team. - Valid LPN license in New York.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for residents of SNF and Long Term Care Unit.
- Medication administration, including IVs.
- Taking and recording vital signs.
- Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
- Provide resident and family education.
- Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
- Supervising CNAs.
